Zebediah Sheldon (He/him) is Inupiaq from Selawik AK and Mexican. I was raised in Palmer, AK but moved to Anchorage, AK. Zebediah has received his Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Charter College in Anchorage, Alaska. Zebediah has worked as a registered nurse, certified nursing assistant, canvasser, and in the oil fields of Alaska.

Zebediah Inupiaq beliefs led him to take part in Alaska Youth for Environmental Action (AYEA) and also took part in the Native Youth Climate Adaptation Leadership Congress. This led him to find a position at the Mobilization Center as a canvasser, and now he is looking forward to joining the RIO team to help uplift Indigenous voices.
